Who doesn't love a good old bacon weave?

Dads can have a bit of a rough deal around this time of year. A pair of socks and a cup of tea is about as effort-y as it's going to get. But what if you could make Dad a bacon sandwich of legends? A bacon sandwich made with a WHOLE PACK of streaky bacon.

Guess what? Now you can and here's how.

Then …

Whack your weave in the oven at 160˚C / fan 140˚C / gas 3 and cook for 10 minutes (until it's deep golden brown or to Dad's liking).

All that's needed next is …

Two slices of white bread, a generous squirt of ketchup and a cup of tea. This is guaranteed to make you the most popular Father's Day star that ever lived.
