Photographers Henry Hargreaves and Caitlin Levin have created maps from food. Just because
Eating national cuisines abroad has to be one of our very favourite things, so we were pretty excited when we stumbled across this photo series by Henry Hargreaves and Caitlin Levin.
In Food Maps, Hargreaves and Levin took the iconic food of a selection of countries and turned them into maps.
"While we know that tomatoes originally came from the Andes in South America, Italy has become the tomato king." says Hargreaves on his website.
"These maps show how food has travelled the globe – transforming and becoming a part of the cultural identity of that place."
