Britain’s cocktail bars are burgeoning and a new generation of bartenders is shaking up the scene with innovative recipes and molecular mixology. Say whaaat? Exactly.


From 6-12 October it's London Cocktail Week and there will be more pop-up bars, masterclasses and parties than you can shake, well, a cocktail stick at. So if you’re tiring of the same old tipple, it’s time to go for something a little bit different.
