Because nothing says "Happy Birthday" like a bucket of KFC made from buttercream
Some cakes are just really worth getting out of bed for.
Especially when they're shaped like a KFC family bucket of chicken, with a side of chips and ketchup, corn on the cob, beans and a fizzy drink to boot.
Nottingham-based grandmother Jayne McCool has attracted a lot of internet attention for her novelty cakes – which recreate anything from a McDonald's breakfast to a frothy Starbucks latte – and we can see why.
"I love the challenge of seeing what I can make next and my favourite part is trying to make them as realistic as possible," McCool told Yahoo News.
"Some people have mistaken bits of my food for the real thing, which is the biggest compliment!
"The KFC and the McDonald’s ones have attracted the most attention, without a doubt. The idea came when it was my brother-in-law’s birthday: he is the biggest fan of a McDonald’s breakfast and absolutely loves them.
"So when it came to making something for him, people suggested I try to recreate his favourite meal but out of cake. Everybody went crazy for it and demanded I do similar ones."
