This is how to celebrate game season in finger lickin' style
Move over, Colonel. There's a new bucket of deep-fried goodness in town – and it's seasonal to boot.
London restaurant The Jugged Hare is launching a limited edition Finger Lickin’ Pheasant bucket in time for November's lovely game season. You could pick up a tender piece of pheasant coated in spice mix and served with chips next month at the eatery – or you can make your own with this crunchy, decadent recipe.
This isn't the first time the Colonel's had stiff competition when it comes to his famous secret spices classic – Homemade's healthier bucket chicken, made from buttermilk and corn flakes, was just one of the do-it-yourself recipes that made our homemade takeaways list. Watch out Mr Sanders.
Finger Lickin’ Pheasant will be available at ETM venues including The Jugged Hare, The Botanist (Sloane Square and Broadgate Circle), One Canada Square, The Gun, Chiswell Street Dining Rooms, The Well, The White Swan and Ealing Park Tavern, from 16th-21st November.
