There's a whole new cookbook coming from the actress/wellness lover
With ten zillion Hollywood actresses trying to re-brand themselves as lifestyle gurus, (we're looking at you, Blake Lively and Jessica Alba), it's worth taking a moment to remember that Gwyneth Paltrow is the one who started it all.
The Oscar-winner and founder of the Goop website, which encourages readers to spend up to £110 on face oil (seriously), is unleashing a fresh new volume of her recipes and diet tips as a runner-up to her first cookbook It's All Good.
This April will see the publication of It's All Easy: Healthy, Delicious Weeknight Meals in Under 30 Minutes, a collection of recipes designed to inject new life into your everyday family fare.
While the first book contained a 'how to' on boiling eggs – again, seriously – these ideas promise to be a little more exciting, with quick sesame noodles, chicken enchiladas and chocolate cinnamon overnight oats all on the menu.
There will also be a section on throwing together nutrient-dense packed lunches for you and the kids.
