Twelves types of warming winter deliciousness, you say?

Between owl cafes, death cafes, and cereal cafes, the whole novelty coffee shop concept is feeling a tad tired.

But one we're willing to make an exception for?

The freshly opened Jaz and Jul's Chocolate House

From posh hot chocolate purveyors Jasmine Kershaw and Juliet Sampson, it's the first bricks and mortar premises for the pair who have previously sold their choccie delights via their very popular Broadway Market stall.

The outlet will sell 12 types of hot chocolate, all made with real, ethically sourced chocolate shavings from small batch producers, plus spices and fruit oils (think chilli and orange). On hand for an extra pop of greatness are fancy marshmallows from the Marshmallow Deli and whipped coconut cream. Yum.

As well as the expected offerings, you'll be able to grab some comforting treats like brownies and Rocky Road, plus savoury nibbles (we like the sound of the avocado on toast with chilli and cocoa nibs).

Open from 10am-6pm at 1 Chapel Market in Islington, the sweet spot's menu is set to widen once they're all settled in to the new place.

Good news indeed.
