1. Berry bouncer

Bounce through the day with this berry and ginger beauty.

 

In the freezer bag

  • 250g Sainsbury’s Frozen Black Forest Fruits
  • 2 tsp Sainsbury’s Frozen Chopped Ginger
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed

Then add to the blender

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
