A pudding's not a pudding without sauce, is it? Can you imagine sticky toffee without the toffee sauce? Christmas pud without the brandy cream? Spotted dick without custard? No, no and no. But it's also a bit too much effort having to make a pudding and then a sauce to go with it. Sometimes you just want the hard work done for you.

This couldn’t be easier. Just melt the chocolate with the butter, whisk up the other ingredients and mix it all together before covering with foil and baking. There aren’t many recipes you can summarise in a sentence.
