Bacon on top of pancakes is what normal people do. But we like a challenge. So when we saw on the internet that it was possible to effectively shroud bacon with fluffy pancake batter, we wondered why we'd never thought of it before.
Here's how it turned out…
1. Cook bacon to your desired crispness
2. Slowly pour the batter around the bacon's edges
Cook it on one side, then flip as usual.
