No, don’t look away! These are actually beautiful Ribena glazed slices of tender duck. Once cooked they’ll be sweet, succulent and ever so slightly sticky.
Who knew that Ribena could be so classy?
Could this be the cake to end all cakes? The pretty violet wedges of sponge have been glued together with Ribena jam, which makes even the bits in between as tasty as anything.
If you’re a fan of marshmallows, but have never tried a homemade one, then quite frankly, you must. And this Ribena-flavoured version is a tangy place to start.
