David and Luise (the delicious duo behind Green Kitchen Stories) have come up with a vegan and gluten-free Christmas menu featuring spiced spinach tarts and bright yellow saffron falafel. The utterly gorgeous frozen pomegranate and cashew cake is worth loosening your belt for too.
Lentil walnut balls, maple cinnamon sweet potatoes, the best shredded kale salad and a sinless sticky toffee pecan pudding. Getting the glow never sounded so delicious.
Let them eat cake. Let everyone eat cake! Especially if it's rosemary and olive oil shortbread, vegan banana nut scones, or orange poppyseed cake from this lovely little vegan blog.
If you've still got room for more after feasting on blogger Emily's rawsome mushroom nut loaf, baked yams, and tahini ginger miso gravy then have a slice of this orange and sea salt chocolate caramel tart (swoon). That's vegan Christmas sorted.
