Put down the iceberg – it's time to get to know warm salads, people

There's some seriously filling, nutritious and (most importantly) super-tasty, warm salads out there for you to try.


Your favourite go-to bowl of steaming soup might have to be put to one side – we reckon these guys are about to become your new favourite work lunch/sofa supper go-to nosh. We promise you won't be disappointed.


1. Hot smoked salmon and roasted beetroot salad with horseradish

Salad needn't be cold (especially when it's actually cold outside) and this warm smoked salmon and beetroot salad with horseradish is the ideal way to warm your cockles, without messing up your diet.

Isn’t this the most stylish salad you’ve ever seen? And it only takes 20 minutes. Bosh.

Actually really tasty cold as a packed lunch, but if you make double you can have that sweet spud hot for dinner the night before too.
